If one were to change positions, what kind of reorganization, reassignment of work, and new functions would a new employee have to learn?- A new employee would have to learn where all of the stock is kept, where paperwork is stored, which binders are which, how to enter data into the computer, the proper procedures for deposit, pickup, and cash in-and-out, among other information, such as union policies & procedures.. How often and for what reasons are the tasks reviewed?- The tasks are reviewed by the manager after every shift and by the regional manager twice a month- They're being reviewed to make the job is done properly and efficiently6. If your position involves leadership, supervisory or management responsibilities, which description would best fit?a) Assigns, trains, observes, schedules or reviews others workb) Plans, staffs, evaluates and directs the work of employees c) Delegates command to carry out work of employees to lower supervisors or managers- I would definitely go with A.7. Proper handling of drugs is also necessary, as expired or incorrectly-labeled drugs pose a risk for the employee and the customer. Next time I conduct a job analysis interview I will definitely avoid any questions that are close ended such as questions number 14. I will also try to use more words like "describe, entail…etc",in my questions so I receive more in depth answers. I needed a better question that outlined the exact job details.
